Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher

I have over 20 years of experience as a counselor.  I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.  I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress management, perinatal mood disorders, family conflict, and parenting issues. I offer counseling from a Christian perspective.  I understand that we all need connection and validation.
